• Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on what country and delivery method you choose. Our order handling may take up to 2 days depending on workloads. If delivery delays occur (without prior notification), contact us at webshop@teddykompaniet.se with your order number.

  Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make changes to the delivery details or any other information related to the shipment. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the shipment and delivery process are managed by the carrier in accordance with their procedures and terms. We are unable to control or influence how the shipment is handled, routed or delivered, or any decisions or adjustments made by the carrier during the delivery process.
  
  If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge any costs incurred in connection with return handling, return shipping, and administration. A fee of 25EUR will be charged for uncollected parcels.
