The following return fees apply when using the right of withdrawal or open purchase: 

• Products with a value of less than SEK 300 are subject to a return fee of SEK 49.
• Products with a value of SEK 300 or more are subject to a return fee of SEK 99. 
  
  Shipping fees are non-refundable upon return.
  
  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that return items are correctly submitted to the designated carrier. Please note the package tracking ID when returning items and ensure the package is scanned by the staff.
  
  Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
• In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made according to the customer's specifications or have otherwise been clearly personalised. This includes, for example, comfort blankets, soft toys, or other products that have been embroidered with a name or customised according to the customer's wishes.
  
  
• Optional services such as gift wrapping or gift packaging are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
