Yes, absolutely! If you would like your order to be delivered to an address other than your own, please follow these steps:
1. Under "Delivery Address" at checkout, enter the recipient's name and postal address.
Please note that the recipient should be at least 18 years of age in order to collect the parcel. We therefore recommend that parcels are not addressed to children. Also ensure that the recipient's name is spelled correctly and matches a valid form of identification. In order to collect the parcel from a pickup point, the recipient's details must correspond with their ID.
2. Enter the recipient's mobile phone number. This is required for carriers such as PostNord and Bring to send delivery notifications and complete the delivery.
3. Complete your order – that's it!
Please note that we are unable to change delivery details once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

During busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas, New Year, and Midsummer, delivery times may be longer due to high demand. To ensure your order arrives on time during holidays, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for selected products.
For products where this service is available, you can select the "Luxury gift packaging" option directly on the product page. The appropriate gift box or gift packaging for the product will also be displayed there.
If the "Luxury gift packaging" option is not available on a product page, we unfortunately do not offer gift wrapping for that particular product. This is usually because there is no suitable gift packaging available in the correct size.
Please note that gift wrapping is selected per product. If you would like multiple products to be gift wrapped, you will need to add gift wrapping for each individual product.

Yes, in most cases our soft toys can be machine washed at 40°C.
Our musical boxes can also generally be machine washed. The music box is mechanically operated and contains no electronic components, making it safe for machine washing. To help protect the music box during the wash cycle, we recommend washing it together with a few towels or other soft textiles to cushion any impacts.

Complaints should first be directed to the retailer from whom the product was purchased. If you purchased your product from a physical store or another online retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding your complaint.

Before returning a defective product, please contact us by email at webshop@teddykompaniet.se to have your complaint reviewed. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, we may also request photographs showing the defect, as well as the product's article number and/or batchnumber. The number can be found on the small white fabric label sewn into the soft toy or on the product packaging.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period after the defect was discovered or should reasonably have been discovered.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product, you will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For approved complaints, we will cover the return shipping costs.
