Yes, absolutely! If you’d like your order delivered to an address other than your own, simply follow these steps:

  1. Under "Delivery Address" at checkout, enter the recipient’s postal address.
  2. Also, provide the recipient’s mobile number. This is required for Postnord and Bring to successfully deliver the order.
  3. Place your order, and you’re all set!

Our delivery time depends on where you order from and what deliery method you choose. See your options in the checkout.

During busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas, New Year, and Midsummer, delivery times may be longer due to high demand. To ensure your order arrives on time during holidays, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

If you’ve received a discount code from us to use in our webshop, simply follow these steps:

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart as usual.
  2. At checkout, click on the line that says “discount code.”
  3. Enter your discount code in the provided field. Make sure to enter it exactly as given, as uppercase and lowercase letters matter.


Please note that each discount code comes with specific terms and conditions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at webshop@teddykompaniet.se.

When you purchase products from our website, you are entitled by law to a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the order confirmation that was sent to your email when placing the order.
  2. Click the “View your order” button.
  3. Select “Request return.”
  4. Log in with your email address.
  5. Enter the six-digit code that was sent to your email.
  6. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  7. Provide the reason for the return and any additional comments.
  8. Click “Request return” to submit your return request.


Once we have received your return request, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will get back to you as soon as we have reviewed your case.


Important to note:

  • The return must be registered via the return form within the legally required 14 days from the date you received your order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, in the original packaging, and properly packed to avoid damage.
  • You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring the parcel is handed in correctly to the chosen carrier. Please make a note of the tracking number at the time of drop-off and ensure the parcel is scanned by the staff.
  • The return shipping cost will automatically be deducted from the amount refunded to you. See fees under Terms & Conditions > Return fee.
  • If you wish to cancel your purchase and return all or part of your order, you must also register this via the return form within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Unfortunately, no. Products such as security blankets or cuddly toys with an embroidered name cannot be returned.

If your product is damaged, please email us at webshop@teddykompaniet.se and describe the issue with the product. It’s helpful if you can include photos and the article/batch number.

The article/batch number can be found on the small white fabric tag sewn onto the toy or on the product’s packaging.
